Ideas for Macrophage apperance

Talking to my sister about my characters she commented on how my Macrophage should look more reserved and mouth should be higher so he's basically one big stomach. She recommened I look at snorlax for that kind of rotund exterior.

I have also commisioned her to do some pictures/ character conecpts of my characters~
