Rigging Harely from Batman

I intend to use this model (most of the time) when doing tutorials, to push my abilities~
Screengrab of poses I did after I successfully rigged the character.

Getting the rig to do what I want is still a hassel at the moment but if I keep doing it (and asking for suggestions) it should get better.
