Next is Blendshapes and Eye controls, also after seeing Andriana's character's skin shader I would like to use that on my character as well.  (I'll seek Alan out in order to get the correct advice try it successfully).

René Facial Expression

René doesn't have that many expressions, just worried, stressed, a sad happy face (weak happy). These expressions cover the majority.
I think when it comes to blendshapes I will create emotion blendshapes so he can have an immediate worried face, Stressed face etc.

René Skinning Pt1

René's skinning is practically done the only thing I have to do now is add his controls, and a few blend shapes.

After looking at Ruben's Art of on his transcription I realised that I forgot to draw René's expressions so before the blend shapes I'll get straight on that.

Updating Storyboard

Talking to Alan today was helpful as he re reminded me of what I thought I had done earlier with my storyboard.
However it turned out I did the middle and end in my other storyboard, which neglected the start.

In other words I forgot to add the start - Showing characters current state (=  Sad )
                     Already had the middle -  Life Turning point                   (= Revelation )
                     Already had the end     -   Becomes a changed person        (= Happy/Changed )

Street Blockout

The beginning of the street layout.

   I think instead of how I've made it here (picture above) I'll make the shop window a matt painting instead, which will be applied to the shop door as well.

Family and Friends Blog Creation

Today I will finally be making the Family and friends website where their adventures in comic (and soon to be animated) form will reside from now on.

I have been working on a new style for them since the beginning of this year and I finally found one I liked so any exciting looking sketches from Family and Friends will be posted here too.

And as a starter I have a couple of sketches in the style I'll be developing for them below.
